Abstract:ThechromosomesofspinyheadcroakerCollichthyslucidus(Richardson,)werecharacterizedforthefirsttimebyfluorescencestaining,selfgenomicinsituhybridization(self-GISH),andmulticolorfluorescenceinsituhybridization(FISH)with18SrDNA,5SrDNAandtelomericsequenceprobes.Thefemalekaryotypehasexclusively24pairsofacrocentricchromosomes(2n=48a,NF=48),whilethemaleoneconsistsof22pairsofacrocentricchromosomes,2monosomicacrocentricchromosomesandametacentricchromosome(2n=1m+46a,NF=48).ThedifferencebetweenfemaleandmalekaryotypesindicatesthepresenceofasexchromosomeofX1X1X2X2/X1X2Ytype,whereYistheuniquemetacentricchromosomeinthemalekaryotype.AsrevealedbyFISH,5SrDNAand18SrDNAsitesweremappedatsyntenicpositionofthelargestacrocentricchromosome(X1),andtheshortarmsoftheYchromosomeaswell.AnX1-chromosomespecificinterstitialtelomericsignal(ITS)wasdetectedoverlappingthe5SrDNAsites.Inaddition,self-GISHrevealedthattherepetitiveDNAsaccumulatedonalltheputativesexchromosome.Chromosomefusionac白癜风外用北京看白癜风病哪个医院最好
